Job Description
As Director of Brand Strategy and Communications, you will develop brand strategies and communications in accordance with CommuteAir’s vision and core values, delivering high-impact content across multiple channels for audiences internal and external, positioning the company as a brand and employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Manage a senior graphic designer direct report as well as outside agencies and vendors
  • Develop brand KPI’s, (such as for social media engagement, effectiveness of advertising campaigns), to set goals, compare against other brands, and track progress
  • Grow our current social media presence online (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor, Indeed, Tiktok, etc.) through curated content
  • Build messaging and press materials including pitches, press releases, interview backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, etc.
  • Manage internal corporate communications functions, including the weekly e-newsletter, town hall teleconferences and intranet
  • Nurture positive relationships with aviation journalists and local press in the communities we operate
  • Manage responses to inbound press inquiries
  • Track trade news and keep company leaders advised of competitor and industry developments
  • Develop and maintain brand resources including content library (photoshoots, videography, etc), media lists, logos and marketing elements, social media accounts, KPI reports
  • Develop and maintain an Emergency Response crisis communication plan that exceeds the requirements set forth under the Federal Family Assistance act.
