Job Description
The Director of Budget and Financial Analysis is a finance leader responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of the hospital budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions for University Hospitals.

Requirements

  • 7 years of progressive financial experience
  • 5 years of healthcare finance experience
  • Demonstrated experience in hospital budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial information to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
