Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Director of Budget and Financial Analysis to lead the hospital budgeting function, including development and oversight of the annual operating budget, capital budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans. The role will require a finance leader with 7 years of progressive financial experience and 5 years of healthcare finance experience, with demonstrated experience in hospital budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of progressive financial experience.
  • 5 years of healthcare finance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in hospital budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial information to senior leadership.
