Job Description
The Business Development Director is responsible for managing strategic and operational sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue growth targets. They will work with all functional areas to support divisional operations and develop long-term strategies to leverage Business Unit strengths and create ongoing growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related technical/business field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a related field with 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience within the aircraft market with ties to major U.S. carriers
  • Experience developing strategic plans and marketing strategies
