Role OverviewThe Business Intelligence (BI) Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing the decision-making capability of the organization through actionable insights and data-driven strategies. Responsible for leading a dedicated BI team, the manager will ensure that all reporting and analytics efforts align with organizational goals and meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Develop and oversee the strategic vision for BI within the organization, lead and mentor a team of BI professionals, and ensure data from various sources are harmoniously integrated.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis, mining (T-SQL, MDX, DAX) and visualization (SSRS & Power BI)
- Proven experience with data integration using SSIS
- Comprehensive knowledge of BI concepts
- Prior experience in business data modeling and metadata structuring
- Leadership or managerial experience, preferably within BI and ERP systems
- Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Kafka, S3, data lake, Python, R
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations as they relate to data management and reporting
