Role OverviewThe Director of Business Intelligence will lead the establishment of a new enterprise-wide Business Intelligence capability to enhance decision-making, improve business performance, and accelerate data-driven transformation across the organization. This leader will act as a trusted strategic advisor and internal corporate finance consultant, partnering with executive leadership and business units to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

The Director will build and lead a high-performing team of business intelligence and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and service excellence. They will establish the vision, governance framework, and organizational capabilities necessary to build a modern Business Intelligence function while overseeing enterprise reporting, performance management, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, business intelligence, analytics, consulting, or related fields
- One or more of the following certifications is preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Proven experience establishing, scaling, or transforming enterprise analytics, business intelligence, strategic finance, or performance management capabilities
