Dialpad is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead its pre-close revenue engine, overseeing forecast integrity, pipeline governance, and deal inspection rigor across various segments. As a key leader, you will be responsible for improving win rates, reducing late-stage slippage, and elevating operational discipline across the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations
  • Experience supporting multi-segment SaaS organizations
  • Deep expertise in enterprise deal cycles and pipeline mechanics
  • Proven experience leading operational teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge constructively
