Job Description
USAA is seeking a Director, Centralized Supervision to ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and corporate directives. The role will oversee the Centralized Supervision Team, providing technical coaching and feedback to team members. The position requires a strong background in risk management and compliance, with experience in the financial services industry. The Director will build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including Life Leadership, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Risk Management.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in a risk management or compliance function within the Financial Services industry
  • 3 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience
  • Experience as a FINRA registered representative or life insurance agent
  • Relevant FINRA or Life/Health licensing required
  • Technical expertise in regulatory rules in the areas of supervision conducted by CST
