Job Description
The Director of Crossroads Juvenile Center Administration will manage facility operations, staffing, and programming for the New York City Department of Investigation and the NYS Justice Center, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment for Youth and Families. The role involves coordinating with other agencies, maintaining data, and ensuring staff compliance with regulations and best practices in youth services.
Requirements
Monitor and conduct analyses of facility staffing to ensure a balanced allocation of staff.
Work closely with the Executive Director to monitor administrative contracts for uniforms, cleaning, personnel, and procurement requests.
Manage performance and learning for the Detention center.
Coordinate with Horizon counterpart on new initiatives and program improvement.
Monitor and assist with facility operations, programs, and special projects as directed.
Maintain data and communication necessary to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.
Coordinate with agency wellness coordinator
