Role Overview

The Director, Client Advisory will lead a portfolio of client relationships, mentor and grow a team of consultants, and play an active role in scoping new engagements and supporting business development.

The role involves owning a portfolio of client engagements, scoping new client projects, mentoring and developing the Denver consulting team, and overseeing financial operations for clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
  • 5+ years in a consulting, advisory, or outsourced finance capacity
  • A track record of managing multiple client relationships at once while hitting project timelines and deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience developing proposals and supporting business development or client acquisition efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation strongly preferred (active or inactive)
