Job Description
The Director, Clinical Business Development is responsible for driving sales growth across an assigned geographic territory by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing an optimized territory, and building key client relationships. This role requires a strong consultative selling skill, excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities, and a data-driven decision-making approach. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to co-develop solutions that address client-specific challenges and will represent Syneos Health at client meetings and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy for a defined book of business and geographic territory
  • Manages an optimized territory through data-informed prioritization of time, client opportunity, and market potential
  • Identifies, engages, and nurtures key client relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at all levels
