The company is seeking a Director, Clinical FP&A to play a critical role in shaping the company's clinical strategy, driving financial planning through insightful analysis, and supporting decision-making processes across the clinical portfolio.

Requirements

  • Lead the development and management of comprehensive financial models for clinical development programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to leaders across all Clinical Functions
  • Provide financial insights to inform clinical development strategy, resource allocation, and prioritization of projects.
  • Collaborate across the Clinical organization to define key financial drivers, timelines, and milestones for clinical trials.
  • Develop a suite of metrics and analytics to enable swift scenario analysis and strategic decision support
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Regularly update forecasts to reflect the evolving needs of clinical trials and adjust projections based on actual performance, risk, and opportunity assessments while ensuring all functions are leveraging a ‘single source of truth.’
