Role OverviewThe Clinical Director has full responsibility for the ongoing clinical and administrative guidance of the clinical staff. She/He also provided ongoing training, supervision and guidance to the clinical staff.
What You Will Do
Provides regularly scheduled supervision to all clinical staff members, evaluates and assesses treatment and service plans, and ensures all clinical needs of the client are met through the course of the youth’s placement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Clinical Director must be able to lead and supervise an array of child/adolescent focused services within a milieu treatment setting, and must embody Sanctuary principles & values and ensure an integration of said principles throughout the program.
Requirements
- LCSW, LMSW or a master’s degree in social work. Behavioral Health or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in either child welfare, Juvenile justice, mental health, or other residential treatment setting, three (3) of which having been in a senior managerial/operations level capacity.
- Specialized experience with residential treatment may also be required.
