Job Description
Karius is a life science company that aims to conquer infectious diseases through innovations around genomic sequencing and machine learning. The company is looking for a Director, Clinical Operations to lead a scalable, high-performance clinical operations function to support the execution of Karius' diagnostic clinical programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, or health-related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive clinical operations experience, preferably within diagnostics, biotech, medical device, or pharmaceutical organizations
  • Minimum 6+ years of strong people leadership experience, including building, managing and developing high-performing teams across multiple roles and levels
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling clinical operations infrastructure, establishing operational KPIs, and managing clinical trial budgets and forecasting
