Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Director of Clinical Workforce Planning to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical workforce strategy within the UT Southwestern Health System. The Director will lead clinical workforce planning strategy, oversee the implementation and optimization of Virtual Care platform, and develop workforce analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
