Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Director of Clinical Workforce Planning to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical workforce strategy within the UT Southwestern Health System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, workforce planning, or nursing leadership
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas required if candidate's background is nursing
