Job Description
The Director of Workforce Planning provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical workforce strategy within the UT Southwestern Health System. This role aligns staffing, skill mix, and resource allocation with organizational goals, develops workforce analytics, and oversees the implementation of the Virtual Care platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, workforce planning, or nursing leadership
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas required if candidate's background is nursing
