Job Description
The Director of Workforce Planning provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical workforce strategy within the UT Southwestern Health System. The role includes developing and implementing workforce analytics, forecasting, and planning models to ensure optimal staffing across the continuum of care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, workforce planning, or nursing leadership.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas required if candidate's background is nursing.
