Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Commercial Data Management to build and lead a high-performing function that ensures our data is trusted, well-governed, and analytics-ready. You will own enterprise master data, data quality, and service operations, partnering closely with Business, Analytics, and IT to enable priority use cases.

Requirements

  • Own and operate enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) across HCP/HCO and Payer domains
  • Define and enforce data standards, metadata, and a single source of truth across Bronze/Silver/Gold layers
  • Establish a unified Data Quality Management (DQM) capability
  • Launch and run a business-facing Issue Intake & Triage service
  • Deliver Reporting-Ready Data (RRDs), data dictionaries, and a governed KPI catalog
