Role OverviewThe Director of Construction and Development is responsible for overseeing and implementing capital construction programs. This critical role will manage complex development projects, from inception to completion, according to established policies and objectives.

Manage day-to-day construction management activities, lead teams, develop relationships with senior management, and communicate with executive leadership teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction and/or Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years of vendor management and/or supervisory experience
- Proficiency with reading blueprints, plans, specs, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, etc.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with organizational transformation and development of effective operating models
