Job Description
The Director, Contracts provides leadership and direction for contract lifecycle management at Colonial Williamsburg, including developing strategic plans and implementing policies and procedures to manage contracts and minimize risk.

Requirements

  • 4-year or graduate degree in business administration or closely related field
  • 8 years' experience in a high-volume environment and with increasing responsibility in contracts or closely related field
  • In-depth knowledge and interpretation of contact language
  • In-depth knowledge of the contracting process
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously
