Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Director of Contracts to lead Titan's contracts, subcontracts and procurement functions for contract negotiation, analysis, and administration.

Requirements

  • Negotiate and administer contracts with the Federal Civilian, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and State, Local and Education (SLED) customers.
  • Execute subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types.
  • Provide guidance on contract requirements, customer specifications, applicable government regulations, and advise and coordinate with legal counsel as needed
