Role OverviewThe Director, Copay & Affordability leads the team responsible for managing the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of Amgen's pharmacy benefit co-pay programs. This team also develops new solutions to address patient affordability needs.
What You Will Do
Lead development and execution of Amgen patient affordability strategies, manage the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of all affordability programs, conduct periodic copay and financial assistance market landscape and competitor benchmark assessments.
