Director, Corporate Development

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of progressive M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or corporate development
• Exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to partner with and influence senior management and executive stakeholders
• Advanced technical M&A experience, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, market terms and legal documentation negotiations
• Proven self-starter with the ability to own and drive multiple large-scale projects and deal executions simultaneously from start to finish, in a deadline-driven setting
• Proven ability to establish and drive M&A best practices, improve team efficiency, and mentor junior team members
• High tolerance for ambiguity and the capacity to deliver results in a dynamic and ever-changing global environment
• Clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication
• Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture
