Job Description
The Director of Customer Service is responsible for overseeing the customer service department, developing and implementing customer service policies, managing the customer service team, and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in a leadership or management position
Experience in building and leading high-performing team
