Requirements

  • Set and lead the ECRS Customer Solutions strategy
  • Provide leadership and direction to Customer Solutions Managers
  • Ensure timely, transparent communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Drive a customer-centric culture
  • Standardize and implement best practices
  • Own and champion the “voice of the customer”
  • Partner with Commercial and Operations leadership
  • Lead strategic customer engagement
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Drive organizational capability building
  • Align Customer Solutions initiatives with enterprise transformation efforts
