Job Description
Join CITY Furniture as a Director, Data & Analytics to lead the data engineering, analytics, and applied AI practices. Shape the data platform, modernize the core technology platform, and build a data-driven enterprise. Partner with executive leadership and drive decisions across a growing omnichannel retailer.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, data architecture, or data platform roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing data teams and driving enterprise data initiatives
  • Proven experience building or modernizing cloud data platforms, AWS preferred
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, pipelines, analytics architecture, data governance, privacy, and operational data patterns
  • Experience enabling AI, ML, or advanced analytics use cases in production environments with responsible AI practices
  • Valid Florida Driver License
