Job Description
The Director, Data and Insights will leverage analytics to generate actionable insights that inform strategy and optimize business performance for the label.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, insights, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles
  • Proficiency working with analytical tools including SQL, Python, and similar platforms
  • Experience analyzing trends across streaming platforms, social media, and digital consumption patterns
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, DOMO, or similar platforms to present insights clearly
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort building dynamic models when needed
  • Ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable insights for a variety of audiences
  • Experience leading data projects or small teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
