Job Description
This is a hybrid position that operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution, requiring strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and solution development capabilities in complex and evolving environments. The position involves building and delivering intuitive, actionable analytics products, dashboards, tools, and workflows that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles
  • Experience building and delivering analytics or data products in a business environment
  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid foundation in BI/analytics tools (platform-agnostic mindset)
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, operational environments preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are preferred
