Role OverviewThe Delivery Director is responsible for the overall management and direction of Federal Services Recruiting Strategy & Operations. This position uses proactive internal and external best practices engagement, market analysis/intel and relationship techniques to develop and enforce consistent spread growth, team lead & recruiter growth, matrix delivery activities with business development and account management to drive sustainable and profitable growth for Federal Professional Services.
What You Will Do
Utilize strategic recruiting and talent delivery practices to support existing accounts and new business opportunities in the Fed Services market. Lead, develop and manage Team Lead, Recruiting function in addition to all direct and indirect Federal Services recruiters.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, public administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and related experience.

Benefits
- Salary range: $86,720 - $130,080
- 20% Travel for client, prospect, and business-development activities as business needs require
