Director, Digital Products – After Sales & Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Director of Digital Products to lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of digital products that transform the post-purchase customer experience. This leader will drive innovative solutions across after-sales services, mobile training, enterprise workflows, and connected product experiences, partnering closely with our Product Design, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to deliver exceptional customer value.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for after-sales experiences, including warranty, repair, service, customer support, and self-service. Lead the product strategy for mobile applications that deliver product education, training, safety awareness, certifications, and AI-powered guidance. Develop enterprise workflow solutions that connect customers, service centers, distributors, field teams, and internal business operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Transformation
• Proven success leading customer-facing web, mobile, SaaS, or connected digital products
• Experience delivering products in one or more of the following areas: after-sales services, mobile applications, enterprise workflows, customer self-service, field service, digital learning and training
• Strong expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision making
• Experience partnering closely with Product Design, Engineering, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
