Job Description
The Director, Divisional Controller oversees financial operations and compliance for assigned operating companies, developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures. This leader manages a team of accounting professionals, directing day-to-day activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA required
  • 10 years+ of accounting experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role
  • Audit experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Experience operating in a private equity portfolio company environment or equivalent fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Proven experience in managing financial risks and developing internal controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams
