Role OverviewThis six-month secondment presents a high-impact opportunity to influence U.S. and Global strategy across the viral vaccines portfolio. This role serves as the commercial representative for vaccines and plays a critical part in shaping the future of Pfizer’s business.

Drive commercial value at critical decision points by shaping target product profiles, developing commercial and competitive insights, evaluating potential business development opportunities, supporting launch readiness planning, and building data-driven business cases for senior leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience
- 8+ years pharma experience
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, critical thinking and modeling skills
- Knowledge of and comfort with science and technical content
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy; ability to manage and optimize budget allocations in a fast-moving seasonal environment
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external partners
- Ability to work under pressure and execute in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with competing priorities
