Job Description
The Director, Emergency Preparedness and Response at Oncor will develop and implement end-to-end business resilience and crisis management capabilities to ensure the organization can effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events of all scales.

Requirements

  • Develop and refine the enterprise-wide Business Resilience program
  • Champion resilience across the enterprise
  • Proactively evaluate and mature the resilience program
  • Develop the Oncor Crisis Management Framework
  • Act as the crisis leader during major incidents
  • Design and implement an enterprise-wide exercise program
  • Develop executive level training to prepare for all hazards
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and after-action reports
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed resilience principles and practices into their daily operations
