Provide strategic and operational leadership for Emergency Department operations, lead and support nursing staff, manage employee relations, and monitor departmental budgets and resource utilization.

Requirements
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school
- Current BCLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Current Handle with Care certification
- Professional nursing experience within an Emergency Department
- Demonstrated leadership experience specifically within an Emergency Department environment
