Job Description
Braven is a national nonprofit dedicated to preparing college students to secure strong future opportunities after graduation. They are seeking a Director of Employer Partnerships to build relationships with national business and finance partners, manage a portfolio of volunteer mentors, and create impactful outcomes for Fellows. This role involves both cultivating new partnerships and managing an existing one, reporting to the Head of Employer Partnerships & Volunteer Recruitment.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of high-stakes, shared-value relationships with national business & finance industry partners.
  • Develop and share internal memos on how the organization engages with partners.
  • Recruit and mobilize a network of volunteers from the business and finance sector.
  • Ensure excellent customer service with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal leaders to align on strategy and operational support.
  • Stay current on strategic thinking, storytelling, and organizational skills.
  • Plan and meet expectations (2-3 months out).
