Betterment is seeking a Director of App Platform to lead the Web Platform and Mobile Platform teams responsible for delivering a great user experience. This role involves establishing a technical vision, mentoring engineering leadership, and advocating for platform investments to drive productivity and customer value. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and partnering with product leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading platform engineering teams.
  • Experience managing Engineering Managers and mentoring Senior Individual Contributors.
  • Technical expertise in web and mobile platform technologies (React, React Native, Flutter, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience with internal frameworks.
