Role OverviewThe Director, Enterprise Applications Management is responsible for the strategic leadership, delivery, and continuous improvement of the USO's enterprise applications portfolio. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that enterprise applications support USO strategic objectives, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver measurable value for the USO and the people that we serve.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead a team of agile delivery resources responsible for managing demand intake, requirements analysis, application roadmaps, solution delivery, and ongoing application support. They will analyze, scope, develop plans, and coordinate IT resource allocation, utilizing agile methodologies to execute digital projects and initiatives in support of USO’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years progressive work experience in an IT leadership or management role
- 5+ years directing application/product management for enterprise services of an organization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Practitioner certifications
- Hands on experience and understanding of data integration, the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce 360, and online fundraising technologies
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead high-performing teams
- Ability to achieve desired results while working collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with USO Leadership, the general public and military audiences at a variety of levels with integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment related to controversial and/or culturally sensitive subjects
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise
