Job Description
The Director, Enterprise Engagement is a senior IT leader responsible for building strong, trusted partnerships between IT and Trinity's programs and business areas, ensuring technology investments are clearly aligned to mission priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Collaborate closely with the CIO as a shared strategic partner between IT and Trinity's programs and business areas
  • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder goals, challenges, and mission priorities
  • Establish and lead a structured enterprise engagement model
  • Proactively identify opportunities where technology can enhance ministry impact, operational effectiveness, and community reach
  • Balance centralized engagement leadership with distributed relationship ownership across IT

Benefits

  • Annual salary range $194,300 to $217,000
  • Additional working hours as required
