Job Description

SCN BestCo is a leading innovator, developer and manufacturer of Vitamin, Mineral & Supplement (VMS), Over-the-Counter (OTC) and prebiotics/probiotics in enjoyable forms such as gummies, lozenges and chews. The Director, Enterprise Platforms leads and executes the strategy, delivery, and day-to-day operations of SCN BestCo’s enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.

Requirements

  • Define and execute the strategy for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
  • Lead the administration, configuration, and operational support of Microsoft 365 / O365 services and governance
  • Manage the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions
  • Oversee CRM strategy and operations
  • Establish platform governance, security standards, and best practices
  • Drive platform adoption and training
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable platform solutions
  • Able to perform SharePoint Administrator duties
  • Able to develop and support Power Platform solutions
  • Provide hands-on support for platform troubleshooting
  • Maintain platform documentation, standards, and best practices
  • Travel required approximately 6–8 weeks per year
