Job Description
ACV is a technology company that has revolutionized how dealers buy and sell cars online. We are looking for a Director, Equity Administration to own the Stock Plan Administration function for the company and manage the daily administration, reporting, audit, compliance, internal controls and audit process.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in global stock plan administration
Understanding of US GAAP accounting and SEC regulations related to stock administration
Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs and ESPPs
Very strong attention to detail with the ability to perform self-audits to ensure integrity and utmost accuracy of data at all times
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to think out-of-the-box to develop solutions to complex problems
Proven history of building strong cross-functional relationships to achieve business results
Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and communicating effectively and efficiently
Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, easy to understand communications
Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in day-to-day decisions
Strong disposition toward empathy and create an environment where all participants feel supported
Advanced Excel skills and CEP certification is preferred, along with knowledge of E*Trade/MS, Fidelity, Carta or Shareworks
