Job Description
ACV is a technology company that has revolutionized how dealers buy and sell cars online. We are looking for a Director, Equity Administration to own the Stock Plan Administration function for the company and manage the daily administration, reporting, audit, compliance, internal controls and audit process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in global stock plan administration
  • Understanding of US GAAP accounting and SEC regulations related to stock administration
  • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs and ESPPs
  • Very strong attention to detail with the ability to perform self-audits to ensure integrity and utmost accuracy of data at all times
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Proven history of building strong cross-functional relationships to achieve business results
  • Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and communicating effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, easy to understand communications
  • Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in day-to-day decisions
  • Strong disposition toward empathy and create an environment where all participants feel supported
  • Advanced Excel skills and CEP certification is preferred, along with knowledge of E*Trade/MS, Fidelity, Carta or Shareworks
