Job Description
The Director of ERP & Business Automation will lead the implementation, support and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and associated Microsoft ecosystem components.
Requirements
Lead the strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
Design policies and procedures to analyze ERP system performance
Drive innovation and automation using Microsoft Power Platform
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across ERP and ISV environments
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and service-level agreements
Build and mentor a high-performing team of ERP and digital platform professionals
Collaborate with business leaders to align ERP capabilities with operational workflows
Support Technology leadership in the development of a multi-year ERP roadmap
