Role OverviewThe Director of ETL and Data Engineering leads a team of software engineers in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise data integration solutions, ETL pipelines, and data platforms across The Church Pension Group's business and corporate units. This role ensures data integrity, consistency, and availability across systems while supporting business process automation, integration, and analytics.
What You Will Do
Drive project initiatives to deliver robust and scalable solutions, architect and design ETL pipelines, lead a team of software engineers, and manage and maintain a portfolio of applications and data integration processes.
