Job Description
WinnCompanies is searching for a hands-on and experienced Director of Facilities I to join our military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK and Fort Greely, AK. The role involves providing leadership and guidance to ensure maintenance standards are achieved and sustained at all communities within the project company. The selected candidate will typically work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call activity as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree.
  • 5-8 years of work related experience.
  • 5-8 years' previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with call centers, dispatch, warehouse and service operations.
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi or other similar industry software preferred.
  • Excellent managerial skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and resident relations experience.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
