Manage day-to-day facilities operations, lead facilities planning and project execution, manage facilities financial and vendor performance, and own space and capacity planning.

Requirements
- 10+ years of facilities management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing construction, renovation, infrastructure, or real-estate projects
- Working knowledge of classified-facility and physical-security requirements
- Working knowledge of server-room, data-center, and critical-facilities infrastructure
- Strong project and construction-management fundamentals
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
