Job Description
Körber is seeking a Director of Finance to lead all aspects of financial, compliance, administration, tax, and legal activities for the company's two locations in Fargo, ND and Apex, NC. The role requires a minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience and a strong understanding of accrual-based accounting principles, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS/HGB.

Requirements

  • Directing and overseeing all aspects of financial, compliance, administration, tax, and legal activities
  • Developing high-quality financial forecasts and analyzing operations to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Leading the financial planning process and managing department heads of Accounting, Controlling, and IT
  • Managing compliance and legal matters, cash flow, banking relationships, and tax management
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and accrual-based accounting principles
