Role OverviewThe Director of Finance will provide strategic and financial leadership for a $0.6 billion revenue Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business in the East Central region, partnering with cross-functional leadership teams. The role is responsible for all aspects of regional finance, planning, performance management, financial reporting, and partnering with commercial and operational leaders to execute strategic priorities and deliver financial commitments.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership across Sales, Operations, Revenue Growth Management, and Marketing to drive profitable growth and achieve regional objectives. Develop and communicate actionable financial metrics, driver-based analytics, and recommendations that influence decision-making and support revenue, operating income, and cash flow targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of related experience with 5+ of those in a supervisory role
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Planning Analytics
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to use AI, automation, and analytical tools to improve Finance processes, reporting efficiency, data quality, and decision support
