Role OverviewAs a Director of Finance for the Molecular Biology Business Unit, you will provide strategic financial and business leadership, partnering with the Vice President & General Manager and Molecular Biology Leadership Team to shape business strategy and improve portfolio health.
What You Will Do
You will serve as a strategic thought partner, lead and mentor local finance teams, and work with the leadership team to lead strategic planning and quarterly portfolio health reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or another relevant analytical field
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in a global organization
- 5 or more years of management experience
