Role Overview

The Director of FP&A for the South Central Division reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and serves as a strategic business partner to leadership across the consolidated Business Units. This role leads the end-to-end FP&A organization — budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics — in close alignment with the AMAT Center, AMAT FP&A, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services.

What You Will Do

Drive Financial Planning (budgets, forecasts, analytics) to meet and report on KPIs and SLAs for the Division by ensuring consistent, effective process execution. Influence commercial and operational decisions by providing data-driven insights to improve revenue, margins, and cost structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration preferred.
  • Master's/graduate degree, CPA, or CMA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or operational finance roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Experience in a public company and/or large, matrixed multinational organization strongly preferred.
  • Experience in building materials, industrial, process manufacturing, or similar asset-intensive operational environments strongly preferred.
