Job Description
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join us in a full-time capacity. This role leads the Finance team and has general responsibility for the team’s outputs related to Revenue and Direct Costs: monthly management reporting and the annual budget and intra-year forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, required
  • CPA, CFA or MBA, preferred
  • A minimum of 9 years performing sophisticated financial analysis in corporate or professional services setting
  • Experience providing leadership and direction related to financial analysis and planning
  • Experience providing financial, economic, and business analysis to company leadership
  • Experience leading teams
  • Familiarity and aptitude in working with financial and accounting software and related database querying tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Significant experience and knowledge of financial modeling best practices in Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience/understanding of telecommunications industry preferred
